 To be considered for a position with OpsAlign, applicants must meet the following criteria:

•  Bilingual (English/Spanish) required — applications without both languages will not be considered. 
• At least 1 year of comparable customer service experience.
• The application must be completed using the same computer (desktop or laptop) that will be used for work. A working camera is required 

You will be required to upload screenshots verifying that your device meets the following minimum specifications:

• At least 8 GB of RAM 
• Processor: Intel Core (8th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 2000 series or newer 
• Operating System: Windows 11 or macOS 13 or newer 

You must also provide proof of internet performance showing:

• Minimum 20 Mbps download speed 
• Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed
